You must speak and understand a reasonable level of English

You must create and submit an original recipe for a signature cocktail preferably using 42BELOW Vodka or 42BELOW Flavored Vodkas
You must have not been a participant in a previous 42BELOW Cocktail World Cup grand final in New Zealand
You must have currently or will get a valid U.S. Passport by March 12, 2011
